How SETLY handles your information.

Information you provide

When you submit a strategy request, SETLY collects the name, business email, company, selected need, and message that you provide.

How it is used

SETLY uses this information to review your request, determine whether the work is a suitable fit, contact you about the request, coordinate a conversation, and maintain a private business-development record.

Sharing and retention

SETLY does not sell inquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers that operate the website, email, scheduling, or business systems. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, operations, compliance, or legal obligations.

Your choices

Review link assistance

If you ask SETLY to find your Google review link, we save your business name, location, optional website, email and contact consent in our private inquiry records. We use them to identify the correct listing, prepare a preview and follow up about your request. This is a manual service and does not subscribe you to marketing. Temporary hashed network-address counters limit abusive requests. Contact hello@setly.net to request correction or deletion.

Physical review product requests

When you submit a physical product availability request, we save your contact information, business details, selected products, quantities, artwork choices and optional logos. The temporary request bag is held in this browser tab until you submit it; closing the tab may remove that draft. Submitted records and logos are held in private storage for Setly to review production options and contact you. Submitting does not place a paid order or subscribe you to marketing. Review Sign Studio orders

When you begin checkout, SETLY stores your business name, review link, design choices, logo, delivery email, order status and purchase confirmation. We also retain a hashed network address to limit abusive checkout requests. Your logo stays in your browser until checkout begins. Private download access is protected by a secret link; keep it private.

Payments are processed by Stripe. SETLY does not receive or store your full card number. Delivery emails are sent through Resend when the ordering service is enabled. Order files are kept in private storage to provide downloads and support. You may contact hello@setly.net to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Order emails do not subscribe you to marketing.

Address suggestions

Address suggestions use a local copy of Tennessee’s public NG911 address data for Davidson County. Typing in the address field does not send your search text to Google. The dataset does not identify business occupants; you can correct an address or enter a location outside this coverage.

Business search and website logos

When Google business lookup is available and you choose Find my business, your business name and address are sent to Google Maps to find matching listings and their review destinations. Select and confirm the correct listing before creating your sign. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy. SETLY keeps temporary hashed network-address counters to limit search abuse, rather than storing search results. If you request a website logo, SETLY retrieves publicly accessible images from the selected business website for you to review. Only an image you choose is included in your design and saved when you begin checkout.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, regulated records, confidential credentials, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
