Start from the homepage and list the menu, contact, booking and download links that matter to the business.

Open each destination signed out, including PDFs and ZIPs. Confirm that downloads are the intended version and can be read.

Check internal section anchors and links in the mobile menu. Record the source page and failed destination for each defect.

Repair approved defects, then repeat the exact original test path and record the result.

Start with the likely cause
If a file downloads but will not open, verify its actual file type and integrity rather than changing only its extension.
My screen is different from the guide
Check the product, editor, account role and selected project first. Open the credited official instructions for your version. Record the difference and pause any action whose effect you cannot verify.
The screen looks correct, but the result is missing
Inspect the saved record, published page or execution log that should prove the action. A preview, success message or draft is not always evidence that data was stored or a message was delivered. Retest with one unique demo value.
